Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled for a day and a time that best suits the school timetable. Often the first delivery of the day, our delivery crew will wait off-site until just after 9AM when school access points are clear of pupils and parents.

The delivery crew are specially trained to lift and manoeuvre heavy IT equipment. They use ramps to protect door sills and walkers to ascend stair cases. Fully insured and well equipped, they deliver equipment safely to the installation point.

Once equipment is in place, the ramps and floor coverings used during delivery are quickly recovered, and transport packaging removed for recycling. We deliver equipment with minimal disruption and leave your site exactly as we found it.

And because child safety is of paramount importance to us, RISO personnel are also vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau so that you may safely allow them access to the school premises without need for close supervision.
