Installation

Many printer vendors dump equipment and run; leaving school staff to set up equipment and install it on the network. RISO have a different approach. We install and commission our equipment, using our expertise to save you time.

An installation date will be pre-agreed with you; usually the day immediately following delivery. We send two service engineers to site. Fully trained, they are equipped with all necessary tools, parts, software and consumables.

They assemble equipment in-situ, installing it where it will be used. Peripheral options like the booklet maker finisher are attached, settings adjusted for optimum print quality, and functionality tested in operational conditions.

When we are satisfied, we check that you are happy too. Is the equipment where you expect it to be? Does it work as you expect? Can you print to it over the network? Only when you are happy will our service engineers leave the site.
