Training

Our equipment has the potential to change the way you communicate. It scans, it prints and it copies in full colour. As our equipment is central to your communication process, it is essential that we teach you how to get the most from it.

Prior to installation, we will assess your likely training needs - Who will use the equipment? Will work be printed over the network? What will be produced? – and develop a bespoke training plan.

Our training is modular. Delivered in bite sized chunks and organised around your timetable, appropriate levels of training are provided for different user groups and repeated as required until all users are comfortable with operation.

We don’t charge for training. We recognise that good training is as much to our advantage is it is to yours. We will even come back and conduct more training when there are staff changes or if you consider a refresher course is required.
