Our call centre operatives are trained in fault diagnosis and will try to resolve your problem over the telephone, saving you time. Should you need on-site support, one of our trained service engineers will be routed directly to site.
Our service engineers are employed directly by RISO and are experts in our print technology. Equipped with essential tools and parts, they also have finger tip access to technical information and can download manuals and software patches on-site.
After each service visit our service engineer will carry out preventative maintenance; replacing service parts and adjusting image quality to ensure that your print equipment stays in tip-top condition.
